Greek style red snapper

Ingredients:
2 lbsRed Snapper fillets
1 largeRed onion, thinly sliced
2 tspOregano leaves
4 tbspLemon juice
4 tbspMinced fresh parsley
1 largeTomato, cored and chopped
1/2 cupCrumbled Feta or Blue cheese
Procedures:
1Place fish in a lightly oiled baking dish.lay onions over fish and sprinkle with oregano and lemon juice.
2Mix together parsley and tomatoes and spread over fish, then sprinkle with cheese.
3Cover tightly with foil and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
