Greek tomato sauce

Ingredients:
3 tbspOlive oil
2 tspOregano
1 Onion, chopped
1 cupRed wine
1 Clove garlic, chopped
8 ozCan tomatoes
5 Very ripe tomatoes
(coarsely chopped)
2 tbspParsley, chopped
1 pinchAllspice
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Heat fry pan and add olive oil.
2Saute onion and garlic until clear.
3Add tomatoes, parsley and oregano.
4Simmer, covered until the tomatoes are very tender, about 25 min. add remaining ingredients and cook 20 more minutes.
