| | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Garlic salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| cup | Noodles, cooked, hot | | 4
| oz | Mushrooms, sliced |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions. | | 2 | Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper. | | 3 | Add mushrooms. | | 4 | Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. | | 5 | Remove from heat. | | 6 | Stir in soup, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. | | 7 | Stir in sour cream and heat through. | | 8 | Serve over noodles |
