Ingredients:

| can | Garbanzo beans drained | | 2
| tbsp | To 3 tb tahini | | | -(crushed sesame seeds) | | 1/4
| cup | To ?cup lemon juice | | 1
| | Clove garlic | | 1/2
| tsp | Cumin | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place drained beans in blender. | | 2 | Add all other ingredients and then add enough water to almost cover beans. | | 3 | Blend until smooth. | | 4 | Pour into serving dish. | | 5 | Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley. | | 6 | Serve with pita bread |
