Kasseri, tomato and basil cresents (kasseropites)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup-Warm water
1/4 cupOlive oil
1/4 cupRed wine vinegar
1 Egg
1 tspSalt
3 cupAll-purpose flour, (sifted)
1 lbsKasseri cheese
-- coarsely grated
2 largeTomatoes, chopped
1/4 cupChopped fresh basil
Paprika
Procedures:
1Blend water, oil, vinegar, egg and salt in large bowl.
2Gradually stir in enough flour so dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
3Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
4Shape dough into round.
5Grease bowl.
6Add dough, turning to coat surface.
7Cover with damp towel and let stand in warm draft-free area 30 minutes.
8Preheat oven to 350°F.
9Grease baking sheets.
10Combine cheese, tomatoes and basil in bowl.
11Divide dough into 8 pieces.
12Shape each into smooth round.
13Roll each out on lightly floured surface to thickness of ?to 1/8 inch.
14Spoon some of cheese mixture down center of each round.
15Fold one side over filling; press edges to seal.
16Arrange cresents on prepared sheets.
17Sprinkle with paprika.
18Bake until cheese has melted and pastry is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
