Carrot and raisin cheescake

Ingredients:
1 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspGranulated sugar
3 tbspMargarine
24 ozCream cheese
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
1/2 cupUnbleached flour
4 ea Large egg
1/4 cupUnsweetened orange juice
1 cupCarrot
1/4 cupRaisins
1/2 tbspGround nutmeg
1/4 tbspGround ginger
1 tbspUnsweetened orange juice
1 cupPowdered sugar
Procedures:
1Combine crumbs, granulated sugar, cinnamon and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
2Bake at 325 °F., 10 minutes.
3Combine 20 ozs cream cheese, granulated sugar and ?c flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
4Blend in eggsand juice.
5Add combined remainig flour, carrots, raisins, and spices; mix well.
6Pour over crust.
7Bake at 450 °F., 10 minutes.
8Reduce oven temperature to 250 °F., continue baking for 55 minutes more.
9Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
10Chill.
11Combine remaining cream cheese and juice, mixing until well blended.
12Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until well blended.
13Spread over top of cheesecake.
14Garnish with additional raisins and finely shredded carrots, if desired
