Fish chowder

Ingredients:
1 cupWater
1 cupDiced Potatoes
3 Slices Of Bacon
1 medOnion
3/4 lbsFish Fillets
1/8 tspThyme
1 cupHalf And Half
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspFresh Parsley
Procedures:
1Bring water to a boil in a dutch oven; add potatoes.
2Cover and cook 10 minutes.
3Fry bacon until transparent; add onion, and cook until onion is soft and bacon is lightly browned.
4Add bacon, onion, bacon drippings, fish fillets, and thyme to potatoes.
5Simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
6Stir in half and half, salt, pepper, simmer 5 minutes.
7Sprinkle with parsley
