Banana-fudge ripple cake

Ingredients:
3/4 cupFirmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cupSugar
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1 cupMashed ripe banana
2 Eggs
3 cupAll-purpose flour
1 1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 cupSkim milk
1 tbspSkim milk
2 tspVanilla extract
1/3 cupChocolate-flavored syrup
2 tbspUnsweetened cocoa
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cupSifted powdered sugar
1 tbspSkim milk
1 tbspUnsweetened cocoa
Procedures:
1Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer.
2Add banana; beat well.
3Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition.
4Combine flour and soda; add to sugar mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
5Mix after each addition.
6Stir in vanilla.
7Reserve 1-?cups batter, and set aside.
8Combine 1 cup batter, syrup and cocoa; stir well.
9Pour remaining light-colored batter into a 12-cup bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
10Spoon chocolate batter over batter in pan.
11Pour reserved light-colored batter over chocolate batter.
12Bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
13Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan.
14Cool on a wire rack.
15Combine powdered sugar and next 2 ingredients; stir well.
16Drizzle over cake.
17Yield: 16 servings (serving size: 1 slice).
