Procedures:
| 1 | Puree stewed tomatoes. | | 2 | Combine all ingredients in a large kettle or dutch oven. | | 3 | Simmer 15 minutes over medium-low heat. | | 4 | Cool and put into six 1-pt containers leaving ?inch space at top. | | 5 | Seal and label containers italian cooking sauce mix. | | 6 | Freeze and use within 6 months. | | 7 | Makes about 6 pints of mix |
