Hot pepper & garlic spaghetti

Ingredients:
3 eachChili peppers, fresh or
-- dried, chopped
9 eachGarlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cupWater
1 lbsSpaghetti
1/4 cupOlive oil
1/4 cupParsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Procedures:
1Process the chili peppers, 6 of the garlic cloves & the water in a food processor or blender until it makes a pungent, soup-like mixture.
2Take care when opening up the top, as the fumes will be strong.
3Bring a large pan of boiling salted water to the boil.
4Pour the chili & garlic mixture through a sieve into the boiling water; save or discard the solids as desired.
5Add the pasta to this seasoned boiling water & cook until *al dente*.
6Drain.
7Toss the hot, drained pasta with the olive oil & the parsley.
8Season with salt & serve
