Ingredients:

| pack | Ladyfingers (3-oz pkg) | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 8
| | Egg yolks | | 1
| lbs | Semi-sweet chocolate | | | - melted | | 1
| cup | Whipping cream, whipped | | | Fresh cut peaches, apricots | | | Pears, strawberries | | | Raspberries, papaya and kiwi | | 1/4
| cup | Apple jelly, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Separate ladyfingers and line bottom and sides of 9-inch charlotte mold or bowl. | | 2 | Combine sugar and water in small saucepan. | | 3 | Bring to boil. | | 4 | Boil 2 minutes. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Beat egg yolks in large bowl. | | 7 | Gradually beat in sugar syrup. | | 8 | Blend in melted chocolate. | | 9 | Fold in whipped cream. | | 10 | Turn into ladyfinger- lined pan to within 1 inch of rim. | | 11 | Chill until set. | | 12 | When ready to serve, remove cake from mold. | | 13 | Fill top of cake with fruit, then brush fruit with melted apple jelly. |
