Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST
1 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/4 cupHERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/4 cupSugar
5 tbspButter or margarine, melted
CHOCOLATE LAYER & TOPPING
3 ozCream cheese, softened
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupHERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/4 cupMilk
5 cupNon-dairy whipped topping
-thawed, divided
1/4 tspMint extract
-(more if desired)
Green food color
Mint leaves (optional)
Procedures:
1Prepare chocolate crumb crust: in small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended.
2Press crumb mixture onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
3For chocolate layer: in small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
4Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
5Add cocoa alternately with milk, beating until smooth.
6Gradually fold in 3 cups whipped topping; spoon mixture over crumb crumb.
7For topping: in small bowl, stir together remaining 2 cups whipped topping, mint extract and food color; spread over chocolate layer.
8Cover; refrigerate about 6 hours or until set.
9Cut into squares.
10Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
11Cover; refrigerate leftover dessert.
126 to 9 servings.
