Ingredients:
2 cupElbow macaroni, uncooked
1 tbspWhite vinegar
1 tbspOlive oil
1/2 cupOnions, chopped
1/2 cupBell peppers, chopped
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1 cupFat-free cheddar cheese
-shredded
1/2 cupFat-free mayonnaise
2 cupFrozen green peas, thawed
1 cupTurkey light meat, skinless
-cooked and cubed
1 cupCelery, diced
Procedures:
1Cook macaroni according to package directions.
2Do not chill.
3While still hot drizzle with oil and vinegar.
4Add onions, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, cheese, and mayonnaise.
5Mix well.
6Gently mix in peas, turkey, and celery.
7Chill thoroughly.
