Inside out ravioli

Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground beef
1 Med. chopped onion
3 Cloves garlic
1 tbspSalad oil, (optiional)
16 ozTomato sauce
6 ozTomato paste
1 tbspDried parsley
1/2 tbspOregano
Salt & pepper to taste
6 ozMastoccioli pasta
10 ozFrozen spinach, cooked
1 cupGrated American cheese
1/2 cupSoft bread crumbs
2 Eggs, well beaten
1/4 cupSalad oil
1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Brown meat, onion and garlic in oil (oil is optional for use if meat is extra-lean).
2Drain excess grease.
3Add tomato sauce and paste (diluted with 3 cans of water), dried parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
4Simmer for 10 min. cook the mostaccioli as directed on package.
5Drain and rinse with cold water.
6Put back into pan in which it was cooked.
7Add cooked spinach, american cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, oil and parmesan cheese.
8Spread mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
9Top with meat mixture.
10Sprinkle more grated parmesan cheese on top.
11Bake at 350°F for 30 min
