Ingredients:
8 ozPhiladelphia Cream Cheese
-softened
14 ozCan Sweetened condensed milk
-Borden Eagle Brand
1 tspVanilla
1/3 cupLemon juice
48 ozComstock canned cherries
2 8 inch Graham Cracker
Pie Crusts
Procedures:
1Blend cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice and condensed milk well.
2No lumps.
3Pour half mixture into each pie crust.
4Refrigerate for 1 hour, until firm.
5Fill top half of pie crusts with cherries.
6Refrigerate 1 hour.
7Serve cold.
