Ingredients:

| pack | (8 oz) cream cheese, softene | | 1 1/3
| cup | Sweetened condensed milk | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| can | (16 oz) red tart cherries | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | | 1 ea Graham cracker crust, baked |

Procedures:
| 1 | Whip cream cheese. | | 2 | Continue whipping while adding condensed milk; whip until smooth. | | 3 | Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. | | 4 | Turn into 9-inch baked graham cracker crust. | | 5 | Chill. | | 6 | Meanwhile, drain cherries and save the juice. | | 7 | In a saucepan, combine cherry juice, sugar and cornstarch. | | 8 | Cook until clear. | | 9 | Remove from heat and stir in drained cherries. | | 10 | Carefully spoon cherry mixture on top of chilled pie. | | 11 | Chill one hour more before serving. serves |
