Ingredients:

| oz | Cream cheese, cut up | | 12
| oz | Cottage cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Butter or margarine, divided | | 1/3
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Grated lemon peel | | 1
| tsp | Grated orange peel | | 4
| | Eggs | | 3
| cup | Cooked rice | | 1 1/2
| cup | Crisp rice cereal | | 1/4
| cup | Brown sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat milk in 2-quart saucepan; add cream cheese, cottage cheese, and ?cup butter. | | 2 | Stir until smooth; cool slightly. | | 3 | Add sugar, orange and lemon peel; mix well. | | 4 | Beat eggs and stir into cream sauce. | | 5 | Stir in rice; pour into greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. | | 6 | Combine rice cereal and brown sugar; sprinkle over rice mixture. | | 7 | Pour remaining ?cup melted butter over top. | | 8 | Bake at 350 °F. | | 9 | For 30 minutes, or until center is barely set. |
