Shamrock chocolate cream cheese pie

Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese, softened
3 ozCream cheese, softened
3/4 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla extract
1/4 tspPeppermint extract (opt.)
1/4 cupHERSHEY'S Cocoa
2 Eggs
1/2 cupWhipping cream
1 Packaged crumb crust (6 oz.)

- Homemade 9" graham cracker
- crumb crust
Whipped topping
Chocolate curls (optional)
Green sprinkles (optional)
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peppermint extract, if desired, until well blended.
3Add cocoa; beat until well blended, scraping sides of bowl and beaters frequently.
4Add eggs; beat well.
5Stir in whipping cream.
6Pour into crust.
7Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
8(center will be soft but will set upon cooling).
9Cool to room temperature.
10Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
11Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
12Cover; refrigerate leftover pie.
