Jason's broccoli lasagne

Ingredients:
2 can(10oz) Broccoli soup
1 pack(10oz) Frozen chopped broc
4 tbspCooking oil
3 Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Large onion, diced
3/4 lbsMushrooms, sliced
12 Lasagne noodles
1 lbsMozzarella, grated
15 ozRicotta
2 Eggs
1/2 cupParmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Heat soup with broccoli until broccoli is thawed.
2Cook carrots and onions in 1 tbsp oil until lightly browned.
3Reduce heat to low.
4Add ?cup water and cover.
5Simmer until cooked, about 15 minutes.
6Remove to a bowl.
7In 3 tbsp oil, cook mushrooms until moisture is gone.
8Stir in carrot mixture.
9Mix cheeses and eggs.
10Set oven to 375°F.
11Place 1 cup sauce in pan.
12Layer with ?of noodles, ?of cheese mixture, all of carrot mixture, ?remaining sauce, remaining noodles, cheese and sauce.
13Cook for 45 minutes.
