Apricot-lemon cream

Ingredients:
1/4 ozUnflavored gelatin
1/4 cupWater
1 canApricot halves drained 29oz
1/2 cupSugar
2 cupMilk
1 canFrozen lemonade concentrate
Partially thawed (6oz)
1 tspVanilla extract
1 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; set aside until softened.
2Puree drained apricots in blender or food processor; set aside.
3Stir sugar into softened gelatin.
4Stir in pureed apricots.
5Stir over medium heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve.
6Stir in milk, undiluted lemonade concentrate, vanilla and whipping cream.
7Cool to room temperature.
8Pour into ice cream canister.
9Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
