Ingredients:
| 1/4
| oz | Unflavored gelatin | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| can | Apricot halves drained 29oz | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| can | Frozen lemonade concentrate | | | Partially thawed (6oz) | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1
| cup | Whipping cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; set aside until softened. | | 2 | Puree drained apricots in blender or food processor; set aside. | | 3 | Stir sugar into softened gelatin. | | 4 | Stir in pureed apricots. | | 5 | Stir over medium heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve. | | 6 | Stir in milk, undiluted lemonade concentrate, vanilla and whipping cream. | | 7 | Cool to room temperature. | | 8 | Pour into ice cream canister. | | 9 | Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions. | | 10 | Makes 2 quarts |
