Irish-coffee ice cream

Ingredients:
2 Eggs well beaten
2 cupMilk
1 cupBrown sugar well packed
4 tbspInstant coffee powder
1/2 cupIrish whiskey or brandy
2 tspVanilla extract
2 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, combine beaten eggs, milk, brown sugar and instant coffee.
2Cook and stir over medium-low heat until sugar and coffee dissolve and mixture thickens slightly.
3Remove from heat; stir in whiskey or brandy.
4Cool to room temperature.
5Stir in vanilla and whipping cream.
6Pour into ice cream canister.
7Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
