Ingredients:

| cup | Milk | | 2
| cup | Cream | | 1/2
| tbsp | Grated lemon rind | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend sugar and flour in double boiler. | | 2 | Slowly stir in milk. | | 3 | Stirring, cook until thickened. | | 4 | Cool. | | 5 | Add cream and chill. | | 6 | Add grated lemon rind and lemon juice. | | 7 | Stir freeze. | | 8 | Makes about 1 quart. | | 9 | Note: this recipe is for a 1-quart machine. | | 10 | Double or triple ingredients if needed for your machine |
