Ingredients:
| 2/3
| cup | Light corn syrup | | 3
| tbsp | Margarine or butter | | 7
| oz | Marshmallow creme | | 1/2
| cup | Half & half | | 1/2
| cup | Peppermint candy, crushed |

Procedures:
| 1 | In medium saucepan, cook corn syrup and margarine over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. | | 2 | Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly; cool 5 minutes. | | 3 | Stir in marshmallow creme, blending in well. | | 4 | Gradually add half & half, stirring until mixture is smooth. | | 5 | Fold in crushed peppermint candy. | | 6 | Serve warm or cold over ice cream. | | 7 | Store remaining topping in refrigerator. | | 8 | Makes 2 cups |
