Rosy peach sherbet

Ingredients:
2 largeFresh peaches
2 tspLemon juice
2/3 cupSugar
2 To 3 cups milk
Procedures:
1Scrub peaches, cut and remove pits.
2You may peel them if desired, but then it won"t be "rosy." place in jar of blender.
3Add lemon juice, sugar, and 1 cup milk.
4Blend till smooth.
5Add milk till mixture measures 4 cups.
6Blend to mix that in. churn freeze.
7Makes 1 quart.
8To substitute mango, use 1 large, peeled, pitted mango, or 2 small ones
