| 1 | Grated rind ?lemon dissolve one 3-oz flavored gelatin in boiling water. |
| 2 | Mold in a thin layer in flat-bottomed container. |
| 3 | Chill. |
| 4 | Combine remaining gelatin, sugar and water. |
| 5 | Cool, stir in cream, lemon juice, grated lemon rind. |
| 6 | Stir freeze. |
| 7 | Dice gelatin and fold in. makes about 1 quart. |
| 8 | Note: this recipe is for a 1-quart machine. |
