Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupSugar
1/8 tspCream of tartar
8 Diced marshmallows
OR 1 ?Tbsp marshmallow
-cream
3/4 cupBoiling water
1 Egg white, stiffly beaten
1 tspVanilla
Few grains salt
Procedures:
1Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar, and salt.
2Boil to soft ball stage (236°F).
3Add marshmallows to egg white.
4Add sirup slowly, beating constantly, until thick and creamy.
5Add flavoring.
