Cherry swirls

Ingredients:
1 canCherry-pie filling (1#-5oz)
1 packPie-dough mix
2 tbspButter or margarine
5 tbspSugar
2 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Prepare pie dough according to package directions.
3Roll out half the dough into a rectangular shape the thickness of a piecrust.
4Spread half the butter or margarine thinly onto the dough (or dot it on).
5Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
6Sprinkle half the mixture over the top of the dough.
7Place less than half of the cherry-pie filling in a row on the dough, then roll the dough around the cherries.
8Cut into slices about the width of a cherry.
9Put slices on a lightly greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet.
10If a swirl is missing a cherry, add one before baking.
11You may also wish to spread a little extra sauce from the pie filling on top of the swirls, but you"ll still probably have a little leftover filling.
12Repeat with the remaining pie dough and other ingredients.
13Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned.
14Makes approximately 30 swirls.
