1 1/2 cupFrozen whole kernel corn
8 medGreen onions, chop
15 ozBlack beans, rinse, drain
1/3 cupCheddar, shred
1/2 cupBisquick reduced fat or
-original
Procedures:
1Baking mix ?cup milk ?cup thick-and-chunky salsa 2 eggs thick-and-chunky salsa heat oven to 400°F.
2Grease glass pie plate, 9x1-?.
3Layer corn, onions and beans in pie plate; stir gently.
4Sprinkle with cheese.
5Stir baking mix, milk, ?c salsa and the eggs with fork until blended.
6Pour into pie plate.
7Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8Cool 5 minutes.
9Serve with salsa.
