Ingredients:
1 Chicken, Frying, Cut Up
2 Chilies, Split
1 smallOnion, sliced
2 tbspCoriander Seed, Ground
1 tbspCaraway Seed, Ground
1 tbspTurmeric
Salt
2 tbspTamarind Juice
2 tbspBrown Sugar
1 cupCoconut Milk
Oil
Procedures:
1Put chicken in a pan with all the ingredients except the oil.
2Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. or until liquid has been absorbed.
