Ingredients:

| large | Onion | | 20
| | Fresh red chillies | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Very thick coconut milk | | | -(type I) | | 1/2
| | Lemon, juice only |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soak prawns in boiling hot water until they are soft. | | 2 | Rinse and drain, then mince them. | | 3 | Grind onion and chillies until fine. | | 4 | Pound the chillies and onion finely with salt. | | 5 | Heat oil and fry chilli mixture until soft. | | 6 | Add minced prawns and mix well. | | 7 | Then add coconut milk, stirring and bring to boil on medium heat. | | 8 | Reduce heat, allow to simmer until mixture is thick for about 30 minutes. | | 9 | Stir from time to time. | | 10 | Add lemon juice 3 minutes before finishing the cooking |
