Ingredients:

1 lbsDried Prawns
1 largeOnion
20 Fresh red chillies
1 tbspSalt
1/2 cupOil
1/2 cupVery thick coconut milk
-(type I)
1/2 Lemon, juice only
Procedures:
1Soak prawns in boiling hot water until they are soft.
2Rinse and drain, then mince them.
3Grind onion and chillies until fine.
4Pound the chillies and onion finely with salt.
5Heat oil and fry chilli mixture until soft.
6Add minced prawns and mix well.
7Then add coconut milk, stirring and bring to boil on medium heat.
8Reduce heat, allow to simmer until mixture is thick for about 30 minutes.
9Stir from time to time.
10Add lemon juice 3 minutes before finishing the cooking
