Ingredients:
1/2 cupKatsubushi (shavings of
-dried bonito)
3 Square inches Konbu seaweed
1/4 tspGourmet Powder
5 cupWater
Procedures:
1Bring water to boil.
2Add konbu and shaved katsubushi.
3Turn off heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
