Ingredients:

| tsp | Wasabi powder * | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Rice wine vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Sesame oil | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Ground white pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Grated lemon zest | | | SALAD: | | 3
| | Green onions | | 1
| | Sweet red bell pepper | | 1
| small | Cucumber, peeled | | 2
| cup | Cooked white or brown rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | *wasabi powder can be found in oriental food markets. | | 2 | For dressing, mix wasabi powder with 1 tsp warm water and let stand 10 minutes. | | 3 | Combine all dressing ingredients and and whisk until smooth. | | 4 | For salad, thinly slice green onions on the diagonal. | | 5 | Core, seed and dice red pepper. | | 6 | Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. | | 7 | Cut cucumber crosswise into crescent-shaped slices. | | 8 | Add vegetables and rice to dressing and toss well |
