Friss kaporleves (fresh dill soup)

Ingredients:
2 tbspButter, unsalted
1 tbspFlour, all-purpose
2 tbspDill, minced
4 cupWater, cold
Salt
1/2 cupSour cream
1 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Make a roux with the butter and flour.
2Cook it until golden brown.
3Add dill, stir well, immediately pour in ?cup cold water and whip until smooth.
4Add 3-?cups water and salt to taste.
5Cook soup for about 10 minutes.
6Mix sour cream with lemon juice and put in the soup tureen.
7Eliminate lemon juice if the soup is too sour for your taste.
8Pour the soup over.
9Serve with potato dumplings (recipe).
10Cook these dumplings in the fresh dill soup for 5 minutes
