Ingredients:

| cup | Olive oil | | | X Salt + freshly ground | | | Pepper | | 2
| | 3 T vinegar | | 1 1/2
| cup | Grated feta | | 2
| | 3 garlic cloves, crushed | | 1
| cup | Milk or buttermilk | | 1
| tsp | Dried dill weed |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a blender or food processor, whirl all ingredients except the milk for one minute. | | 2 | With the blender running, slowly pour in milk. | | 3 | As soon as the dressing thickens, turn off the blender or the dressing will separate and become runny. | | 4 | It should be thick and creamy. | | 5 | Chill at least 30 minutes |
