Lamb curry with yogurt

Ingredients:
4 Green chile peppers, chopped
1 tbspMinced fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 largeOnion, minced
2 tbspGround coriander seeds
2 tspGround tumeric
1 tspGround cumin seeds
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspGround mustard seeds
4 cupUnflavored yogurt
2 lbsBoneless lamb, cubed
1 largeOnion, sliced
2 tbspClarified butter
Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Place chiles, ginger, garlic, mined onion, spices and yogurt in a blender or food processor and process until well mixed.
2Spoon mixture over lamb, tossing to coat well, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
3Saute sliced onion in clarified butter.
4Do not let onion brown.
5Add lamb and the yogurt marinade, mix all together; cover and simmer until meat is tender, 1 to 1 ?hours.
6Season with salt to taste
