Lamb patties moroccan style with harissa sauce

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround lean lamb
1 tspPaprika
1/4 tspCrushed dried hot peppers
1/4 tspGround black pepper
1 tspGround cumin
2 tspChopped garlic
2 tbspGrated onion
4 tbspChopped parsley
Salt to taste
1 tbspVegetable oil
Harissa sauce
Procedures:
1Put the lamb in a mixing bowl and add all of the ingredients except the vegetable oil and harissa sauce.
2Blend the mixture thoroughly by hand.
3Shape the mixture into 8 equal size patties similar to hamburgers.
4Heat the oil in a non stick skillet large enough to hold all of the patties.
5Two pans may be necessary.
6Add the patties to the skillet.
7Cook them over medium high heat about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on the degree of doneness desired.
8Drain on paper towels and serve with the harissa sauce on the side.
