Ingredients:
2 lbsBoneless lamb or beef
2 Or 3 leeks or scallions
2 Or 3 stalks Chinese parsley
-(coriander)
3 tbspLight soy sauce
2 tspSugar
2 tbspMashed fermented bean cake
2 tbspSherry
Procedures:
1Slice meat into very thin slices about 4 inches long.
2Mix all ingredients and marinate for 6 hours.
