Tempeh paprikas with tahini

Ingredients:
2 tbspSesame oil, toasted
2 largeOnions, chopped
2 tbspHungarian paprika
2 cupVegetable stock
2 tbspDark miso
1 lbsTempeh, cut to 32 triangles
1 tspSoy sauce
1 tbspCider vinegar
4 tbspTahini
Chopped scallions to garnish
Procedures:
1Pre-heat oven to 300°F.
2Heat oil in large skillet.
3Saute onions & paprika till golden.
4Add 1 ?cups stock & miso.
5Bring to a boil.
6Add tempeh, reduce heat & simmer 35 to 40 minutes.
7Blend soy sauce, vinegar & tahini with remaining stock.
8Add to the skillet, stirring as it thickens.
9Be careful not to let it boil.
10Garnish with scallions.
