Ingredients:
250 eachFlour
100 eachBlanched ground almonds
200 eachUnsalted butter
100 eachVanilla sugar
100 eachIcing sugar
Vanilla
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients except vanilla sugar very quickly together.
2Roll out to pencil thickness and cut into 5cm lengths.
3Shape into a horseshoe.
4Bake at 410°F for 12 minutes.
5Do not brown.
6While still hot, dip into a bowl of vanilla sugar so they get coated.
