Ingredients:

| each | Flour | | 100
| each | Blanched ground almonds | | 200
| each | Unsalted butter | | 100
| each | Vanilla sugar | | 100
| each | Icing sugar | | | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients except vanilla sugar very quickly together. | | 2 | Roll out to pencil thickness and cut into 5cm lengths. | | 3 | Shape into a horseshoe. | | 4 | Bake at 410°F for 12 minutes. | | 5 | Do not brown. | | 6 | While still hot, dip into a bowl of vanilla sugar so they get coated. |
