Ingredients:
2/3 cupSugar
1 tbspCornstarch
1 Pkg 20 oz frozen rhubarb
2 1/4 cupApple pie filling
3 sliceBread, cut into cubes 1 ½c.
3/4 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/4 cupPacked light brown sugar
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
1/2 tspApple pie spice
3 tbspButter, melted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
3Add rhubarb and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, `til thickened and bubbly...
4Remove from heat.
5Stir in pie filling...
6Combine bread, cracker crumbs, brown sugar and spices in small bowl.
7Stir in butter...
8Spoon half of fruit mixture into 1 ?quart baking dish.
9Cover with half of bread mixture.
10Repeat the layering.
11And cover.
125) bake 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 minutes more...
