2 tspBaking powder
1/4 cupHoney
2 cupWater, or nut milk
2 tbspApplesauce
1/2 tspVanilla
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspMace
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspAllspice
1/4 tspGinger
Procedures:

2Combine wet ingredients.
3Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until just moistened.
4Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins.
