Ingredients:
CRUST
1 eachEgg
2 tbspBran, unprocessed
1/4 tspDill weed
1/2 tspOnion powder
2 tbspWater
FILLING
4 ozTofu
1 eachEgg
3/4 cupAsparagus or Spinach, cooked
3 tbspMushrooms, cooked
1 tbspOnion or gr. onion, cooked
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspMolly McButter
Procedures:
1To prepare crust: beat egg with 2 t water, dill weed, onion powder, and add 2 t bran.
2Allow to stand at least 10 minutes.
3Pour into bottom of nonstick cake pan.
4To prepare filling: blend tofu, egg, and ?cup of cooked vegetable with enough water to process.
5Blend for at least 3 minutes or until completely smooth.
6To assemble: pour tofu-egg mixture into center of the bran-egg mixture.
7Bran will be pushed to edges of pan, encircling the filling to form crust.
8Place cooked mushrooms and onion on top of filling in a pretty circle around edges of pan.
9Bake at 350 °F for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set and top is browned
