Ginger peach plum butter

Ingredients:
3/4 cupDiced fresh peaches
3/4 cupDiced fresh plums
2 tbspWater
1/3 cupEQUAL sugar substitute
1/2 tspGround ginger
Procedures:
1Small batch preserves cook quickly without scorching in a microwave.
2In medium sized microwaveable bowl, combine peaches, plums and water.
3Microwave at high for 6-10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until fruit mixture is very thick.
4Stir in equal and ginger.
5Spoon jam into a hot clean jar.
6Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month or freeze up to 3 months.
7Makes 1 cup.
8Per 1 tbsp: 10 calories, 0.1 g protein, 0.1 g fat, 2.5 g carbohydrate.
