Watemelon pie

Ingredients:
2/3 cupBoiling Water
1 pack(4-serving size) JELL-O
-brand watermelon flavor
-gelatin, or any flavor
1/2 cupCold Water
Ice Cubes
8 ozPackage Cool Whip non-dairy
-whipped topping, thawed
1 eachPrepared graham cracker
-crumb crust
Additional whipped topping
-for garnish
Procedures:
1Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl 2 minutes or until dissolved.
2Mix cold water and ice to make 1-?cups.
3Stir into gelatin until slightly thickened.
4Remove any remaining ice.
5Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
6Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
7Spoon into crust.
8Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
9Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
10Makes 8 servings.
11Note: sugar-free jell-o brand gelatin and cool whip lite whipped topping can be substituted.
