Ingredients:
2/3 cupBoiling water
1 pack(4-serving size) Jell-o
Strawberry flavor gelatin or
Any flavor
1/2 cupCold water
Ice cubes
8 ozCool Whip whipped topping
Thawed
1 Ready-made Graham Cracker
Pie Crust (6oz)
Procedures:
1Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
2Mix cold water and ice to make 1 ?cups.
3Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
4Remove any remaining ice.
5Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
6Refrigerate 10 minutes until mixture will mound.
7Spoon into crust.
8Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
9Garnish with additional whipped topping and jelly beans, if desired.
10Store leftover pie in refrigerator
