Ingredients:
-Suzanne Willen
4 ozSmallest Elbow Macaroni
2 cupCubed cooked chicken or
2 cans Tuna
6 ozButton mushroons drained and
Quarted
1 cupCelery, cut up small
13 1/2 ozPinnapple tidbits, drained
Well
3 ozCashews
Mix together
DRESSING
1 tbspGrated onion
1/2 cupFat-free Mayonaise
1/3 cupFat-free sour cream
1/3 cup1890 French dressing (I Used
Kraft Fat-free Catalina)
1/8 tbspSalt
Pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Mix dressing in a separate bowl, then add to salad and mix together, refrigerate overnight.
2The next day add 3 oz cashews mix well and serve
