Low-fat green bean casserole

Ingredients:
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cupFinely chopped onion
2 tbspFlour
1 cupSkim milk
1/2 cupShredded reduced fat Swiss
.cheese
1/2 cupLow fat sour cream
1 tspSuagr
1/2 tspSalt
2 9 oz. packages frozen French
.style green beans, thawed
& drained
1 1/2 cupHerb seasoned stuffing mix
2 tspMargarine, melted
1 Egg white, lightly beaten
Procedures:
1Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray, and place over medium heat until hot.
2Add onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender.
3Add flour, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4Gradually add the milk, stirring until blended.
5Stir in cheese, sour cream, sugar and salt; cook 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constrantly.
6Place green beans in an 8 inch square baking dish; pour the sauce over the beans.
7Combine stuffing mix, margarine, and egg white in a bowl; stir well and sprinkle over green bean mixture.
8Bake at 350f for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
9Serving size - ?cup.
