1 3/4 cupFlour
6 tbspVegetable shortening
1/4 tspBaking powder
1/3 cupWater
Procedures:
1Measure first 3 ingredients into bowl.
2Work together until crumbly.
3Pour water all over top.
4Mix with fork, then hands, until it will hold together.
5Roll thinly.
6Makes enough for 2 crusts.
7For a 2 crust pie, cut through top crust with a sharp knife while pie is still hot.
