| cup | Macaroni, cooked | | 1
| each | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 2
| cup | Skimmed milk | | 2
| tsp | Dill weed | | 2
| tsp | Parsley | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| cup | Low fat cottage cheese | | 1/3
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| pinch | Paprika |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven 350°F. | | 2 | Saute onions in margarine, add flour. | | 3 | Stir in milk, little at a time until thick. | | 4 | Add spices. | | 5 | Add cheese. | | 6 | Add macaroni. | | 7 | Pour into shallow pan. | | 8 | Top with crumbs and paprika. | | 9 | Bake 45 minutes |
