Ingredients:
1 cupApples, chopped
1 cupBananas, sliced
8 ozPineapple chunks, unsweetened
--drained
1/2 cupRaisins
1/2 cupCelery, chopped
1/3 cupMayo, reduced calories
1 tbspLemon juice
16 Lettuce leaves, optional
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves.
2Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
3Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
4Yield : 16 - ?cup servings.
